Digital Courses & Tutorials
All of our online courses (pre-recorded video content, PDFs, workbooks, etc.) are non-refundable due to the digital nature of the material and immediate access provided after purchase.
However, we want you to feel supported:
- If you’re unsure whether a course is right for you, feel free to reach out before purchasing — we’re happy to guide you.
- In special cases (such as duplicate purchases or access issues), we will review your situation and find a fair solution.
Tarot Readings & Consultations
Each Tarot reading requires focused time, preparation, and energetic alignment. For that reason:
- No refunds are available once a reading has been delivered (live session or recorded).
- If you need to reschedule a live session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll happily move your appointment.
- Missed sessions without notice are considered completed and non-refundable.
We believe in honoring the energetic exchange between reader and seeker. If you ever feel something wasn’t aligned or you didn’t receive what you expected, we’re open to honest, kind conversation. Please write to us within 3 days of your session, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
